  I don't usually post my experience at any restaurant. However; tonight me posting is a must. I was some what discouraged when I entered this location because the place wasn't busy. I figured maybe because it was a Thursday night and it was almost closing time. Good customer service is expected but EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE IS DEFINITELY APPRECIATED!!! Our server MICHAEL WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Michael was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, fun, and most importantly impressive. Often times younger people lack the necessary skills to be a EXCELLENT server but this young man impressed us so much that I'm planning my next visit because of him. I also mentioned to JP (the manager) how well the server and food was. I will definitely be back REQUESTING MICHAEL. Thanks  again Michael for making our dinner experience great.

  Not very happy with my carry out... ordered online with a wait time of 21 minutes, I decided to give them a little extra time and scheduled my pickup for 8:15 (45min) I arrived at 8:10 and was not greeted or helped until 8:25 ( however there were people ordering in front of me so I did not mind, I understand they were busy. After being helped I paid and continued to wait, when I finally was given my order and walked out it was 8:45. Drove straight home not even a mile down the street. I sat down to eat and my tenders and fries were cold, so I quickly heated them up and when I started to eat my tenders again I realized they were not cooked all the way! Definitely not happy about that! So cold, half raw chicken.... real nice! Definitely disappointed and probably will not return to this location!!!!

  Another awful experience at this location! Ordered another carry out taken by Micheal... as I was placing my carry out Micheal seemed very annoyed from the beginning to the end! Which I should have known this was going to result in a very bad experience, when I arrived to pickup my order I was helped by Stevie (who I must say was absolutely great!) I decided to check the bag quickly before leaving and not to my surprise almost everything I ordered was wrong! Micheal not only put my order in wrong but left a few items off while taking it! Stevie did the best he could to try and correct the mistakes but I still ended up with items that were not correct, missing and cold when I arrived home because I ended up being there a good half hour trying to get the actual items I had ordered! As a customer I do not appreciate spending $40 plus on bad food for my family and feeling like I am bothering someone simple by calling and placing an order at an establishment ment to thrive of selling food! If I was able to give Stevie a separate review based on customer service I absolutely would give him 5 stars I only wish he would have been the one helping me from the very beginning! Changing my original 2 stars to 1

  This is place fairly decent. The menu has a lot of items that range from burgers to tacos. The menu has a couple of vegetarian options but not many. Drinks and usual price and the average dinner item is 12-14$. Even for a vegetarian meal it's still going to cost you 10-14$. I would to see more options in the salad department. Over this place is okay. It's close by and convenient.

  Place is terrible im literally waiting to be seated and its been 15 min the restaurant not even busy. No one came to greet us they just walked past by me and my parents. Will not come back. We left eventually went to Applebees with better service

  Extremely disappointed in their "Boss Burger". It definitely wasn't as big as the menu lead me to believe. In fact it was just an ordinary burger in my opinion.  Also my wife disappointed, yet again, with the Margareta chicken as it was very cold by the time it was served.
